Subscriptions & Pre-Orders Policy
Some ScentsXchange products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how billing, fulfillment, and cancellation work so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Subscription Policy – Monthly Scent Box
Subscription Details
When you purchase a Monthly Scent Box subscription, you will receive recurring monthly deliveries the beginning of every month.
By subscribing, you authorize ScentsXchange to securely store your payment method and charge it automatically for each recurring delivery, unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.
Shipping Schedule
Monthly Scent Box subscriptions ship on the first business day of each month. If the first business day falls on a weekend or holiday, orders will ship on the next business day.
If additional products are purchased in the same order as a Monthly Scent Box, all items will ship together when the Scent Box is ready. To receive non-subscription items sooner, customers are encouraged to place separate orders.
Subscription Changes & Cancellations
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the monthly billing cutoff date, which is communicated in your order confirmation email.
Subscription changes must be made before the order is processed for the upcoming month. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customers can manage their subscription directly through the link provided in their order confirmation emails.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow customers to purchase items that are not yet in stock or are scheduled for a future release.

Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, with the remaining balance charged prior to fulfillment.

Estimated fulfillment timelines are provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to change due to production or supply considerations.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer available, and any refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
