Shipping Policy 

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS First Class, Parcel or Priority Mail with a confirmation email that includes all tracking information. Shipping is based off your location and the weight of your order items. ScentsXchange, LLC is NOT responsible for any delayed transit times or damages once it leaves our shop. We do not posses any control over the transit times as they are determined by the mail carrier. You are responsible to file a claim with the carrier if your package is delayed and/or lost. We are unable to get involved due to the policies of each carrier that we use.  If you're doing a wholesale order shipping will vary and will be included on your invoice. 

Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Normally, it's 5-7 business days, but this does not include weekends or holidays.
