Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. 

Clearance & Discontinued Items (if applicable)
If a "Clearance" or "Discontinued" item is purchased and it is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement with another "Clearance" or "Discontinued" item. If there are no "Clearance" or "Discontinued" items available then we will refund you for the "Clearance" or "Discontinued" item. Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@scentsxchange.com with a picture of the damaged item.  


Damages/Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival. If a product is damaged upon arrival, we will send a replacement for the same item if you added the Guide Shipping Protection to your order. Please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.
